Refund policy

We hope you love your Where's Winnie product but if you aren't satisfied with it, we have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, please contact us at hello@whereswinnie.co.uk. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. Please note, shipping charges are not refunded and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on personalised items, sale items or gift cards.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. 

If your product arrives faulty or damaged, you are entitled to an exchange or a full refund (including the return shipping costs). If this is the case, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the faulty or damaged product. Unfortunately we will be unable to accept your request if it is outside this timeframe. 


Exchanges
Please contact us if you wish to exchange your product for a different product.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
