Shipping policy

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. 

If shipping is not showing as available, please get in touch here and we can send you a shipping quote.

Please note, prices do increase if you are ordering multiple car seats or dog beds, particularly in the EU where you will be paying VAT on each individual item. 

Dispatch times

Once we have received your order, we will fulfil your order in 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays). We use DPD's next day service for larger items and Royal Mail's tracked service for smaller items. Please be aware that we are a small company and do not work on weekends or public holidays (our family would be very upset if we did!) so your order will be processed on the following business day. Having said this, we can often ship on the same day so if you need it urgently, please get in touch!

You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has shipped. Orders for UK delivery will be dispatched using next day delivery. Orders to the EU, Canada, US, Saudi Arabia, Singapore & UAE will be delivered within 4-9 working days as courier services vary from country to country. Orders to the rest of the world may take slightly longer.

International charges (excluding the EU)

Please be aware international deliveries will be subject to local taxes, customs duties and a clearance/handling fee once the order reaches the destination country. Our shipping prices at checkout do not include these additional charges. Please note that these charges are your responsibility and Where's Winnie has no control over any delays or charges that may be incurred through international delivery. Any charges must be paid by yourself. Please check the email address you used to place your order, as Customs normally contact you this way if necessary. You may wish to contact the relevant Customs authorities for clarification before placing an order.

Please note EU customers will never be asked to pay any extra VAT, duty or any other 'handling' charge as these are included in the EU shipping charge. 

A final note on shipping 

Shipping is pants, particularly for small businesses like Where's Winnie. Unlike larger companies, who are often able to negotiate cheaper rates with courier companies thanks to huge volumes of parcels being sent, we are in the hands of the couriers, and reliability comes at a cost. Thank you for your understanding.
